BairesDev is seeking a Compliance Analyst to ensure the organization operates within legal and ethical boundaries by overseeing governance, risk, and compliance programs. You will translate complex regulatory frameworks into actionable internal policies and standards.

You will design and implement policies, conduct risk assessments, support audits, and monitor evolving laws. Join a global, remote team and help strengthen our compliance posture.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Compliance, Information Security, or Risk Management.
• Proven expertise implementing and managing frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI.
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and control mapping.
• Hands-on experience in audit support, policy writing, and governance documentation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements across diverse industries.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies aligned with SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and control mapping to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to standards.
• Manage end-to-end audit processes, providing documentation and support to auditors.
• Monitor evolving laws and regulatory requirements to update procedures and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance and ensure security controls are applied.
• Develop and report KPIs to leadership on the organization’s compliance posture.
