Job summary
BairesDev is hiring a Software Engineer (MongoDB) to design scalable data solutions. You will build applications on MongoDB with a focus on schema design, aggregation pipelines, and sharding strategies in a fully remote role.
You will optimize performance, manage Atlas cloud environments, and collaborate with global teams to implement MongoDB best practices across the development lifecycle. Excellent English is required for this international team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering, database administration, or data engineering.
- Proven expertise in building applications on MongoDB and designing complex schemas.
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB sharding strategies and cluster scaling.
- Deep understanding of MongoDB Atlas for cloud database management.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement MongoDB schema models for high performance.
- Develop and optimize complex aggregation pipelines.
- Manage and scale MongoDB clusters with sharding.
- Administer Atlas cloud environments for secure operations.
