BairesDev is hiring a Software Engineer (MongoDB) to design scalable data solutions. You will build applications on MongoDB with a focus on schema design, aggregation pipelines, and sharding strategies in a fully remote role.

You will optimize performance, manage Atlas cloud environments, and collaborate with global teams to implement MongoDB best practices across the development lifecycle. Excellent English is required for this international team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, database administration, or data engineering.
• Proven expertise in building applications on MongoDB and designing complex schemas.
• Proficiency in developing and optimizing MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB sharding strategies and cluster scaling.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB Atlas for cloud database management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Software Engineer (MongoDB) at BairesDev

As a Software Engineer (MongoDB), you will build applications on MongoDB with expertise in schema design, aggregation pipelines, and sharding strategies. You will play a key role in optimizing database performance and managing Atlas cloud environments to support scalable, data-driven applications.

What You'll Do
