You will own cross-team communications between talent and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and smooth project execution. Candidates should have 2-3+ years in coordination or operations and excellent written/verbal communication in English.

This role emphasizes proactive collaboration, onboarding support, and participation in strategic projects within a fast-moving, distributed team.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3+ years of coordination/ops or customer support experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for communication between talent and internal stakeholders.
• Manage communications across channels with emphasis on written updates.
• Follow up with talent on project status and opportunities; share updates with stakeholders.
• Handle tasks to ensure smooth operations and job performance.
• Maintain proactive communication via Slack or Zoom during working hours.
• Organize and update process guidelines for team reference.
• Assist onboarding of new team members to ensure smooth integration.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects as needed.
