Remote is seeking a Mobility Specialist within our Onboarding and Mobility team to guide immigration compliance for global clients. The role focuses on visa/work permit processes, cross-border HR support, and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.

You will work in a fully remote, asynchronous environment with competitive compensation and relocation assistance when needed. Start date as soon as possible, with exposure to international talent and evolving immigration laws.

Formación

• Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in technology sector or scaling company is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
• Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop in-house immigration services to increase revenue and satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Maintain up-to-date immigration knowledge and regulatory changes.
• Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to resolution.
• Advise on travel needs and sponsorship cases.
• Track case statuses using case management and billing systems.
• Apply knowledge to provide solutions for complex client cases.
• Work autonomously and take day-to-day ownership.
• Improve processes through automation and documentation.
