BairesDev is hiring an Incident Response Engineer to own the full incident lifecycle, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. You will lead response during production outages and drive issues to resolution with clear communication and expert troubleshooting.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering, or Incident Management.
• Experience owning the incident lifecycle from detection to post-mortem.
• Experience using PagerDuty for incident orchestration and communication.
• Hands-on experience building runbooks and defining SLOs/SLIs.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems and modern observability practices.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end incident lifecycle from detection to resolution.
• Coordinate technical response efforts during outages and outages communications.
• Maintain and improve runbooks and automated response scripts.
• Support blameless post-mortems to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams to improve observability and resilience.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders during active incidents.
