BairesDev is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure production systems run efficiently at scale. You will bridge software development and IT operations, applying engineering principles to improve performance and uptime.

Responsibilities include building observability stacks, incident lifecycle management, and automating tasks to boost scalability, with 100% remote work and competitive USD or local compensation. Strong English is required.

Formación

• 4+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Sys Admin.
• Proven production reliability, incident response, and on-call experience.
• Linux systems administration and scripting in Python or Go.
• Observability stacks with Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design robust observability frameworks to monitor system health.
• Manage the full incident lifecycle from detection to post-mortem.
• Define and track SLOs/SLIs to ensure service quality.
• Automate operational tasks and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve system resilience.
