Job summary

Formulated Automation, a client of South, seeks a Freight Operations & Sales Specialist to manage shipments from pickup to delivery while driving outbound sales to build new freight lanes. You will coordinate with drivers and U.S.

clients, optimize backhaul utilization, and maintain CRM/TMS records, with core hours overlapping EST in a remote LATAM engagement. You will work to grow volume weekly, report to leadership, and contribute to process improvements across the freight operation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in U.S. freight brokerage, 3PL, or trucking ops.
• Proven outbound sales experience and lead generation.
• Experience coordinating box truck or truckload shipments.
• Advanced English for direct U.S. client interaction.
• Track record of meeting weekly volume targets.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive outbound calls to build shipper relationships.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and manage quotes.
• Drive carrier growth to hit weekly volume goals.
• Coordinate daily freight progress with drivers and clients.
• Prepare rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and maintain CRM/TMS records.
