Terrific is building the infrastructure for the next generation of social commerce, focusing on brand partnerships, creator strategy, and shoppable experiences in fashion and beauty. We seek someone who translates creator culture into scalable formats and shows fluency in English and Spanish.

You will develop relationships with creators and brands, craft content strategies, and help shape a new fashion-focused initiative from within Terrific. Remote role with growth opportunities across LATAM.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in at least one of Terrific’s three commercial pillars — eCommerce, Marketing, or Media.
• All roles require fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Build Terrific's creator and influencer network across LATAM with a focus on fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and adjacent categories.
• Identify and develop relationships with brands, creators, agencies, communities, and cultural partners.
• Create a clear content and creator strategy for Terrific's fashion and beauty work.
• Develop original concepts, hooks, briefs, scripts, storytelling frameworks, and campaign ideas.
• Build a library of repeatable formats, creative playbooks, templates, and best practices.
• Track emerging creators, consumer behaviors, products, aesthetics, platforms, and content formats.
• Understand why content performs and turn insights into stronger creative systems.
• Inform Terrific's product and commercial decisions with creator, brand, and audience insight.
• Take increasing ownership of a new creator-led fashion initiative as the opportunity develops.
