Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects and managing clients or external partners in events, marketing, production, agency or media work.
• Hands-on execution: draft updates, build trackers and prepare reports when needed.
• Clear written and spoken communication; confident representing the company in meetings.
• Sound judgment: make day-to-day decisions, elevate strategic ones and flag risks early.
• AI is already part of how you work.

Responsabilités

• Lead events, podcasts, fellowships and community programs from vendors, speakers and contracts to post-event follow-up.
• Drive marketing and content initiatives with the Marketing Coordinator on campaigns, newsletters, launches and promotions.
• Own projects and partnerships from plan to launch with clear owners, timelines and success metrics.
• Lead meetings and status updates with clients, partners and vendors, keeping scope and expectations clear.
• Align production, creative, operations and community; raise risks early.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports and accurate CRM records for visibility.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual work in reporting, research and planning.
