Job summary

Sur Global is seeking an Influencer Marketing Account Manager for a fully remote role, serving brands across Latin America while collaborating with a Vancouver-based team. You will guide brands on hiring creators, briefing, and campaign execution, with a strong focus on turning projects into ongoing creator programs.

You will own a large brand book, teach best practices, and drive revenue growth with retention strategies. This role rewards performance with commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing, paid social or creator platforms with brand clients.
• Hands-on experience sourcing, briefing and managing creators for brand campaigns.
• Customer success fundamentals: managing a book of business and outreach cadences.
• Ability to consult on campaign structure, budgets and strategy to grow client spend.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of ~200 brands on paid subscription plans and manage outreach and notes in HubSpot.
• Onboard brands to reach first successful creator hire quickly.
• Teach brands to use platform hiring tools: search, filter, brief, review, buy packages.
• Advise on influencer strategy: goals, platform/creator tier, always-on content.
• Guide on creator selection, briefs, formats, pricing, usage rights and timing.
• Turn one-off orders into repeat programs with calendars and rosters.
• Run reviews showing results and plan next campaigns.
• Monitor usage/spend signals to catch at-risk accounts early.
• Create scalable enablement: playbooks, briefs, webinars, help-center content.
• Identify Enterprise opportunities and pass to sales with upgrade potential.
• Provide customer feedback to product and marketing.
