FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams to identify AI opportunities, architect solutions, build production-ready systems, and sustain them in production. You will partner with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries, shaping AI deployments from discovery to execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development, hands-on experience with agentic AI, RESTful APIs, and end-to-end ownership.

Formación

5+ years of professional software development experience with core proficiency in Python.
Shipped at least one agentic AI solution, LLM workflow, or RAG architecture.
Advanced English is required.
Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
Experience working on Agile / Scrum teams.

Responsabilidades

Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
Structure the process and the spec for any business process being automated, map current state and data flow.
Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, and data flows.
Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD for AI, versioning, and eval pipelines.
Operate (Day 2): eval harnesses, observability, cost management, drift mitigation.
Consult: defend decisions with CTOs, VPs, and business leadership.
