Demopips is seeking a Country Manager in Chile who can lead the local affiliate strategy, build a strong partner network, and guide growth within the Demopips ecosystem.

In this senior, strategic role you will own go-to-market plans, manage affiliate accounts and revenue pipelines, and collaborate across marketing and product to tailor local campaigns.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Country Manager or Senior Affiliate Manager in fintech or affiliate-focused organization.
• Strong leadership with experience managing affiliate accounts and revenue pipelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; understanding of local regulations is a strong plus.
• Results-oriented mindset with hands-on growth and campaign execution experience.
• Familiar with affiliate dashboards, CRM systems, and performance analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute go-to-market and affiliate expansion strategy.
• Build, lead, and optimize a high-performing affiliate partner network.
• Act as Demopips ambassador in the local fintech and affiliate space.
• Analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and user behaviors to guide growth decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and offerings to the local users.
• Host and attend regional events, webinars, and meetups to strengthen community ties.
• Monitor affiliate KPIs, track conversions, and ensure performance benchmarks are achieved.
