SummitNext Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for the Chile market in the FX & CFDs brokerage space. The role focuses on hunting new IBs, partners, and clients while farming and expanding relationships to drive revenue growth.

You will work with marketing, dealing, and operations to deliver a seamless experience, ensure regulatory onboarding, and meet sales targets. Proficiency in English is required; multilingual skills are a plus.

Formación

• 1+ year experience in FX & CFDs sales or business development.
• Proven ability to onboard IBs, partners, and clients; manage portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and onboard new Introducing Brokers, affiliates, partners, and clients.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing IBs and clients.
• Meet revenue targets and trading volume KPIs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and regions.
• Utilize CRM to track leads and report progress to management.
• Ensure onboarding complies with regulatory standards and internal processes.
• Represent the brand at events and partner meetings to develop relationships.
