SupportYourApp is hiring a L2 Technical Support Consultant to join a global, multilingual team. You will deliver top-tier support via emails, calls, and chats, triaging issues, and escalating when needed. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware/software troubleshooting in Windows and Linux environments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in a Technical Support Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Advanced Support Specialist role.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 for spoken and written).
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, CLI-based management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical support via emails, phone calls and chats.
• Triage technical issues and take ownership to resolve them.
• Analyze inquiries containing technical issues or feedback and resolve.
• Escalate to internal teams with proper documentation and records.
• Maintain accurate records of issues, maintenance, and bugs.
