Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a remote-coordinator to build and run leagues across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the process from planning through sales, launch, execution, customer experience and growth, with accountability for results.

Start as Coordinator at USD 1,000–1,500 per month, with the potential to earn USD 1,000+ per month in performance bonuses. Progression to Manager based on probation and growth results; dynamic, high-growth environment that rewards

Qualifications

Fluent spoken and written English; strong organizational and numerical skills.
Experience coordinating sports programs, leagues, or tournaments.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and staffing across locations.

Responsibilities

Planning: assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, coordinate venues and permits, schedule staff.
Sales: follow up with players and captains, convert inquiries into registrations, fill spaces.
Execution: coordinate local staff, referees, coaches, equipment; ensure readiness and resolve issues.
Growth: build partnerships, support campaigns, expand programs and locations.
Customer experience: manage player communications, resolve complaints, maintain confidence.
Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy, retention; report progress and identify gaps.
