Job summary

Community Sports Partners seeks a Coordinator to build and run sports programs with urgency, resourcefulness and accountability. You will own the process from planning through sales, launch, execution, customer experience and growth, all while working remotely across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Hours are evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time; you will pursue ambitious targets, manage programs, and drive reliable delivery and growth with sound financial results.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports leagues, clubs, tournaments, facilities or program operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong organization and numerical skills.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and operational systems.
• Ability to coordinate people remotely; base in Latin America or the Caribbean.

Responsibilities

• Planning: assess demand, prepare budgets and launch timelines, coordinate venues and permits, and confirm schedules and staffing.
• Sales: follow up with players and team captains, convert inquiries into registrations and fill spaces.
• Execution: coordinate local staff, referees, coaches and equipment; check readiness and resolve issues during delivery.
• Growth: build partnerships, support campaigns, increase repeat registrations and identify new programs/locations.
• Customer experience: own player communications, resolve complaints and restore confidence when issues arise.
• Results: track registrations, revenue, costs, occupancy and retention; report progress and drive improvements.
