You will drive performance, brand impact, and growth while mentoring a multidisciplinary team of creatives and partnering with leadership on expanding services and new business opportunities.

You will guide the practice, ensure top‑tier quality, and represent the agency in industry events, delivering measurable business results with a culture of innovation

Formación

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or equivalent senior leadership role.
• A portfolio demonstrating campaigns across multiple channels at scale.
• Mastery across creative disciplines with leadership oversight.
• Demonstrated success managing large creative teams across accounts.
• Strong business acumen with retention, expansion and new business wins.
• Executive presentation and client-stakeholder advisory skills.
• Deep understanding of creative best practices, planning, and operations.
• Visionary leader who builds culture and inspires teams.
