Power Digital is seeking an Associate Art Director to drive design and motion output across divisions, coaching Leads and building scalable creative systems. You will ensure on-brand, high-quality work while balancing strategy with hands-on craft.

The role emphasizes leadership, production efficiency, and collaboration with Strategy, Content, and Project Management to solve blockers and deliver high-impact campaigns.

Formación

• 8+ years in visual design and/or video editing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform-specific formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring creatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance creative.
• Comfortable giving, receiving, and actioning feedback quickly and clearly.
• Passion for scalable design systems and operational creativity.

Responsabilidades

• Own the executional bar for design and motion across assigned division.
• QA and direct high-priority assets with performance, polish, and platform alignment.
• Partner with Creative Team Lead to ensure visual direction aligns with strategy and business goals.
• Lead internal reviews, give actionable feedback, and champion brand consistency.
• Maintain fluency in platform-specific creative standards across Meta, Email/SMS, Organic Social, Amazon, and Content.
