Formación

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and other performance data tools.
• Ability to write effective ad copy and scripts for social platforms.
• Strong communication with clients and production teams.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the paid social creative strategy for 8-10 clients.
• Uses data insights and brand research to design high performing assets.
• Collaborates across internal departments and roles.
• Maintains client communications and sentiment.
• Iterates to hit stated performance goals.
• Builds rapport with clients to understand product goals and processes.
• Researches brand, competitors, and industry trends; implements best practices.
• Audits accounts to identify winning ads; presents data and test strategy to clients.
• Writes strategic consumer-centric copy and messaging strategy.
• Manages output with production team using Asana.
• Reviews assets and provides feedback to editors.
• Leads internal creative team syncs and brainstorms.
• Acts as client POC for all things creative strategy.
• Manages scope of edits, reshoots, and other deliverables.
• Pushes back on timelines and scope to drive performance.
• Employs AI technologies to enhance processes.
• Leverages Nova ecosystem for the department.
