Job summary

Tidal is seeking an Account Manager & Customer Support Lead for a remote, independent contractor role with a full-time commitment (~40 hours/week). You will manage customer relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and provide timely updates to clients in a growing food and beverage manufacturing context.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in account management or customer success, fluency in English and Spanish, strong organization, and experience supporting U.S.-based customers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for assigned customer accounts and manage expectations.
• Handle questions, requests, issues, and escalations from initial contact to resolution.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, operations, logistics, sales and leadership to meet commitments.
• Track open requests, deadlines, notes, and next steps for customers and internal actions.
• Communicate updates on production schedules, inventory, orders, shipments, and timelines.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve customer communication and workflows.
• Maintain organized customer records and inform leadership of updates and escalations.
