DHL Global Forwarding in LATAM seeks a Regional Ocean Reefer Manager to lead the regional ocean reefer strategy and drive profitable growth across the refrigerated freight portfolio.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, oversee customer onboarding for key accounts, and ensure operational excellence in cold-chain services while advancing market competitiveness through strategic alignment with Sector Heads and commercial teams.

Formación

• 10 years experience in cold chain logistics for perishables.
• Experience in product management, business development, and customer relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• High level of English.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the regional Ocean Reefer product strategy.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share within target sectors.
• Ensure operational excellence and cold-chain service reliability.
• Lead customer onboarding and support retention of strategic accounts.
• Manage forecasting, sales planning, and financial performance.
• Identify and mitigate profit leakage opportunities.
• Drive sales pipeline development and RFQ/QBR success rates.
• Engage Sector Heads, Key Account Managers, and commercial teams to expand reefer opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
• Provide market intelligence and product expertise to support business growth and innovation.
