TOMRA Food is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee Field Service and Warehouse Operations across LATAM. You will lead regional Field Service teams, ensuring optimal spare parts availability and operational excellence across multiple countries.

You will define and execute service strategies that strengthen customer relationships, increase service reach, and deliver long-term value. Regular travel across LATAM is required.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years in regional or multi-site leadership with budget accountability.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience leading service or operations teams across multiple locations.
• Strong data interpretation for decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Field Service operations across LATAM, ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs, forecast, and drive operational improvements.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory across TOMRA facilities and partners.
• Translate strategy into measurable regional plans.
• Develop supervisors and technical teams for performance and safety.
• Manage regional budgets and financial performance.
• Travel regularly within LATAM and occasional international trips.
