NAVEGACRUCEROS.COM is seeking a Guest Services Associate to deliver exceptional passenger experiences aboard our cruise ships. You will greet guests, share information about the ship and its amenities, and address guest needs to ensure a memorable journey.

Key duties include efficient check-in and check-out, accurate guest record handling, and collaboration with other departments to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.

• Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, verifying information and assigning staterooms.
• Problem Resolution: Listen to and effectively resolve guest complaints or issues, acting as a liaison between the guest and other departments.
• Information Management: Maintain accurate guest records, handle billing inquiries, and manage various administrative tasks related to guest services.
• Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
