NAVEGACRUCEROS.COM is seeking a Bar Waiter to deliver premium beverage service aboard our cruise ship. You will greet guests, take orders, mix or pour drinks to standard recipes, and ensure guests enjoy a memorable experience in lounges and bars.

The role requires warmth, English fluency, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure during 6–8 month contracts. Medical exams and maritime certificates are required, and meals and accommodation are provided onboard.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a bar, restaurant, hotel, or resort.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Positive attitude, sales-oriented mindset, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team.
• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Willingness to live and work onboard for 6–8 month contracts.
• Successful completion of medical exams and mandatory maritime certificates (e.g., STCW).
