Kraft Heinz in Santiago, Chile seeks a Food Engineering professional to lead business continuity and new product development in R&D Product and Packaging for Hispanic markets. You will coordinate copackers on product, packaging, and process topics from an R&D perspective.

This role drives labeling guidelines, PLM processes, sensory evaluations, and cross-functional approvals with Regulatory, Finance, and Legal.

Formación

• Education: Food Engineering or related required.
• 3-5 years in new product development (product & packaging).
• Basic knowledge of food/pack regulations.
• Basic understanding of quality system management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SAP is a plus.
• Languages: Spanish and English (intermediate).

Responsabilidades

• Lead formula and packaging development, coordinating with Regulatory to ensure compliance.
• Lead the PLM process and coordinate risk analysis and approvals with the interdisciplinary team.
• Execute internal sensory evaluations, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Approve theoretical nutrition facts, trial reports, and specs.
• Coordinate R&D projects and manage copackers in South America on technical matters.
