Kraft Heinz in Chile seeks a proactive R&D professional to lead business continuity projects for Hispanic markets, coordinate copackers on product, packaging, and process topics from the R&D perspective, and own labeling guidelines.

You will manage R&D coordination with suppliers, run internal sensory panels, approve specs and artworks, and report to the Head of R&D Hispanics. Fluent Spanish and intermediate English required; SAP and Office skills preferred.

Formación

• Education: Food Engineering or related.
• Experience: 3–5 years in new product development (product & packaging).
• Basic knowledge of food/pack regulations.
• Basic understanding of quality system management.
• Microsoft Office.
• SAP (plus).
• Languages: Spanish, Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead formula and packaging development; coordinate with Regulatory to ensure compliance.
• Lead PLM process; coordinate risk analysis and approvals with the interdisciplinary team.
• Execute internal sensory evaluations, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Approve theoretical nutrition facts for the copacker.
• Approve trial reports for the copacker.
• Approve formula, nutrition, and packaging specs in Agile.
• Approve artworks in Atlas (R&D Product and Packaging).
• Coordinate R&D projects and manage copackers in South America on technical matters.

2) Key Accountabilities

1. Business continuity projects (50%)

• Lead formula and packaging development; coordinate with Regulatory to ensure compliance.
• Lead PLM process; coordinate risk analysis and approvals with the interdisciplinary team.
• Execute internal sensory evaluations, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Approve theoretical nutrition facts for the copacker.
• Approve trial reports for the copacker.
• Approve formula, nutrition, and packaging specs in Agile.

2. South America copacker management & R&D coordination (40%)

• Coordinate R&D projects and manage copackers in South America on technical matters.
• Execute internal sensory panels when required (e.g., due to copacker changes) to ensure business continuity.

3. Complementary labelling (10%)

• Generate and update complementary labelling for products in South American markets from the R&D side.
