GlobalLogic is seeking a Director-level Quality Manager to build and maintain a robust quality management system, overseeing audits and QII investigations while driving a culture of excellence. You will lead improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor staff to uphold ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, software engineering, quality management, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in engineering, software, or financial industries.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing teams and quality initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, methodologies, tools.
• Strong understanding of quality standards/regulations such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent.
• Experience in audits and leading improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to train and mentor employees on quality principles.
• Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement an effective quality management system aligned with industry standards.
• Establish and communicate quality policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
• Define quality metrics and KPIs with cross-functional teams for monitoring product quality.
• Review the effectiveness of the quality system and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with auditors to address findings.
• Lead QII meetings and improvement initiatives to foster continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and quality enhancements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff to promote a quality mindset.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and performance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes.
