Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, software engineering, quality management, or relatedField.
• 3-5 years as Quality Manager or similar in engineering/ software/ financial industries.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing teams and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement an effective quality management system.
• Establish and communicate quality policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and KPIs.
• Review effectiveness of the QMS to identify improvements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders to facilitate audit processes.
