Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver strategic projects focused on international growth, market expansion, market entry, and business transformation across international markets.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects from strategic analysis and problem-solving through to recommendations and implementation.
• Drive business development activities including senior client dialogue, opportunity identification, proposal development, and sales conversion.
• Advise clients on strategic growth opportunities by analysing markets, competitive dynamics, industry trends and commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across private and public sectors.
• Collaborate with Swedish public agencies, embassies, development finance institutions, and multilateral organisations to advance strategic initiatives and international opportunities.
• Lead and coach project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective collaboration.
• Drive cross-market initiatives and identify strategic opportunities for collaboration across markets and regions.

The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:

• Leading and delivering strategic projects focused on international growth, market expansion, market entry, and business transformation across international markets.
• Leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects from strategic analysis and problem-solving through to recommendations and implementation.

Formal requirements
