Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• +8 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles (FP&A, Finance Head, or similar).
• Experience in multinational and matrix organizations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, and internal control frameworks (SOX).
• Proven track record in finance transformation and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance with local and international standards.
• Deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and business performance.
