Job summary

Business Sweden seeks a Consultant to join our Santiago team, supporting Swedish companies expanding internationally across Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. You will participate in project teams, conduct market and stakeholder analyses, and help deliver promotions and market entry assignments.

The role requires strong English and Spanish, ability to lead client delivery activities, and the flexibility to work regionally with teams and clients in Latin America.

Qualifications

• Higher academic degree within Business Administration and/or Engineering (Preferably Master or MBA).
• Minimum 1.5 years of relevant experience from management consulting or a business development role.
• High level of proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Swedish language skills are meriting but not required.
• Experience in independently leading parts of client delivery projects and managing multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consulting and promotion assignments within the portfolio of projects offered by Business Sweden.
• Involve in client dialogues, executing problem-solving analysis and developing proposals.
• Navigate challenging local business landscapes of Latin American countries and interact with government and private sector stakeholders.
