Job summary

Vylor Inc. in Arica, Chile is seeking a Project Leader to deliver capital projects from Front-End Loading through construction, commissioning, startup and closeout.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, align work packages with the Business Case, and ensure safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include KPI tracking, stakeholder communications, and coordinating procurement and staffing for commissioning.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years' experience in Project Execution.
• Leadership in two or more areas: manufacturing tech, operations, engineering, or project management.
• Ability to communicate in English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure the Engineering Work Package aligns with the Business Case and Technology Implementation Plan.
• Lead the project team to meet business objectives and deliverables as outlined in key documents.
• Ensure the project process is followed and lead pre-Gates and Gate Reviews.
• Define and monitor KPIs: spend, costs vs. estimates, milestones, schedule, commissioning plan.
• Provide primary interface between the Project Team and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement plans and staffing for commissioning and start-up activities.
