Job summary

TealEnergi in Calama, Chile, seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead all controls activities across the engineering, procurement, and construction phases of a major capital project.

You will supervise scheduling, cost management, forecasting, progress measurement, risk and change management, and reporting, coordinating with owner, engineering teams, and construction contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all project controls activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate contractor schedules, cost reports, forecasts, progress measurements, and trend analyses.
• Establish and maintain project baselines for cost, schedule, and progress measurement.
• Ensure project control systems are implemented and maintained per company standards.
• Develop, review, and manage project reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of all required reports.
