Google Cloud seeks a GenAI Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge frontier AI products and production-grade realities at customer sites. You will move beyond architecture to code, debug, and ship bespoke agentic solutions inside customers’ environments, with a founder mindset and high agency.

Role emphasizes implementing end-to-end AI systems, solving integration, data readiness, and state-management blockers while embedding with strategic accounts for ROI and customer success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development using Python or similar coding languages.
• Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch on cloud platforms (GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures for enterprise AI.
• Experience writing code for machine learning, NLP, and generative AI agents.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationships in this region.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a developer for complex AI applications, transitioning from rapid prototypes to production-grade workflows.
• Architect and code the connective tissue between Google’s AI products and customer live infrastructure, including APIs and data silos.
• Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for accuracy, safety, and latency.
• Identify repeatable field patterns and friction points to create reusable modules or feature requests for Engineering teams.
• Collaborate with technical sales to promote Google-grade development practices for long-term project success.
