Murex is seeking a highly organized Project Management Assistant to support the delivery of complex client projects and managed services. You will collaborate with project managers, production managers, delivery teams, clients, and business stakeholders to drive operational efficiency across multiple initiatives.

You will work within project governance, risk tracking, budgeting, and performance reporting, ensuring timely execution and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and operational processes.
• Experience supporting large-scale projects, managed services, or technology delivery environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, execution, and governance of projects and managed service engagements.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate project reviews, status reporting, risk management, and executive reporting activities.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings, operational reviews, and stakeholder updates.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate operational insights and analytics.
