Deel is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infra Engineering team. You will own internal platform services used by hundreds of Deel engineers, including feature flagging, file storage, migrations, and data-integrity tooling.

You will work with senior engineers on high-visibility projects and grow into larger scope. You should be proficient in Node.js/TypeScript, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL, with a track record of delivering production-grade backend systems and driving platform

Formación

• Strong production experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing distributed systems.
• Experience operating services on Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and database migrations.
• Experience with ORMs like Sequelize/Drizzle/Prisma.

Responsabilidades

• Own a platform component end to end and drive it to completion.
• Collaborate with backend teams across the company on migration and integration work.
• Improve and maintain internal platform services (flagging, file storage, migrations, data integrity).
• Develop self-service tooling and documentation to reduce support load.
• Contribute to reliable, scalable, and observable backend infrastructure.
