Deel is building a world-class sandbox platform to power hundreds of dynamic developer sandboxes. You will design, implement, and scale backend systems, focusing on automation, observability, and reliability to accelerate product development.

You will work with a highly skilled team on cloud-native infrastructure, Kubernetes, and platform tools, shaping the developer experience for thousands of engineers across global teams.

Formación

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering skills: API design, Postgres, Kafka/Nats.
• Proficient in Node.js, Go, or Python; cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain the control plane powering hundreds of sandboxes.
• Develop backend tooling to automate sandbox creation and lifecycle management.
• Productize infra as a platform including databases, caches, storage, and queues.
• Scale the cluster and optimize costs at Kubernetes scale.
