Job summary

Pluxee Panamá is seeking a Team Lead Payments Operations to oversee the execution, monitoring, reporting, and optimization of payment operations across the country. You will work with Local Operations Managers, Finance, and vendors to ensure compliant, data-driven performance.

This role emphasizes operational reporting, process improvements, and controls with a hybrid working setup. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in payment operations or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in operational analysis, payment operations, operational reporting, or financial services operations.
• Experience in environments involving payment products, fulfillment, logistics, or operational controls is preferred.
• Exposure to operational KPI monitoring and reporting activities is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational activities, service levels and KPIs; prepare dashboards and analyses.
• Track incidents, delays, and anomalies; support fulfillment and distribution activities.
• Analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks and risks; support process improvements.
• Maintain operational documentation, process mappings and governance reporting.
• Escalate risks and deviations; support audits and compliance reviews.
