Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for roofing clients. You will own paid media across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, shape budgets, and test creatives while guiding campaigns to strong ROAS.

In this remote role, you’ll manage multiple roofing accounts, coordinate with US clients on live calls, and define 90-day roadmaps with data-driven narratives. Very strong English required.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients (roofing contractors operating across several markets): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
