Blacksmith Agency is an AI‑first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Roofing you own paid media for a book of roofing clients across markets: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. You will run paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads; manage budgets, bidding and testing; ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4 and Tag Manager; craft the 90‑day

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for roofing or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
