Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate Windows, Mac or Linux OS support.
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 2+ years IT client, server, and network service delivery.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high quality, hands-on IT support; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Provide on-call support for high severity incidents and act as escalation point.
• Triage and escalate outages to minimize downtime.
• Follow change management in a high availability environment.
• Collaborate with partner teams and vendors on improvements.
• Oversee IT asset inventories.
• Mentor peers and new team members.
• Continually expand skills and stay updated on IT policies.
