Job summary

Amazon ITS team seeks an experienced ITS Support Engineer to provide on-site, end-to-end IT services for Amazon's corporate workforce. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues, ensuring productivity and security across laptops, servers, and websites.

Responsibilities include high-availability incident support, change management, and collaboration with partners to deliver operational excellence. English language fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate Windows, Mac or Linux support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
• 2+ years IT client, server and network service delivery experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site, high-quality hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Provide on-call support for high severity incidents and act as escalation point for team.
• Assist with triage and elevation of system or network outages to reduce downtime.
• Understand and execute change management activities in a high availability environment.
• Participate with partner teams and vendors on projects, defining requirements and managing execution.
• Oversee IT asset inventories and participate in hiring and mentoring peers.
