Turner & Townsend is seeking a detail-oriented Buyer Administrator to support procurement operations within large-scale data center projects in Chile. This role provides administrative and transactional support to ensure efficient procurement processes in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

You will work with procurement teams on purchase orders, supplier onboarding, documentation, and tracking orders, invoices, and payments, while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with internal

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in procurement or administrative support roles.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and procurement systems.
• Spanish and English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Support procurement teams with purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance.
• Assist with RFQs and bid documentation preparation.
• Track orders, invoices, and payments in alignment with project needs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and internal controls.
