Telepatia builds real-time AI healthcare tools to reduce the documentation burden on clinicians. You will help doctors experience Telepatia's AI Scribe by guiding first consultations, troubleshooting with engineers, and ensuring doctors reach consistent usage that makes the tool indispensable.
You will work with hospitals, coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers, and train new users on best practices to maximize accuracy and speed while ensuring patient consent compliance and data privacy.
Competenze
- Experience providing on-site support to clinicians and coordinating consent/protocols.
- Familiarity with EMR-based workflows and healthcare software.
- Ability to train and guide doctors in adopting new AI tools.
Mansioni
- Provide on-site technical and emotional support to ensure smooth transition to AI-assisted documentation.
- Monitor adoption metrics: consultations per doctor, drop-off rate, and time to first success.
- Collect feedback and communicate insights to product and engineering teams.
- Assist with patient consent and ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers for setup and troubleshooting.
- Train new users on best practices to maximize accuracy and speed.
- Identify champions within hospitals to scale usage organically.
- Guide doctors during their first consultations using Telepatia’s Scribe platform.
