Telepatia in Latin America is building the new standard of medical intelligence. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll design and build automations that connect Telepatia’s platform with client systems and daily workflows, turning repetitive work into reliable, automated processes.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, implement APIs and automation platforms, troubleshoot, and document solutions.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in software development or automation.
• Degree (or currently pursuing one) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic SQL and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

At Telepatia, we're building the new standard of medical intelligence in Latin America. Our AI-powered products work directly inside clinical workflows: transcribing consultations, generating structured medical records, assisting clinical decisions, and integrating with any health system.

Doctors today spend up to 40-70% of their time on administrative work instead of patient care. We're changing that by building AI "healthcare employees" that operate in real time.

The role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll design and build the automations that connect Telepatia's platform with the systems and workflows our clients run on every day. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn repetitive operational work into reliable, automated processes.
