Confidential is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead a small on-site technical team supporting a hyperscale data centre operator in Santiago. You'll be the on-the-ground lead for a team of field technicians, owning delivery, performance, and client relationship management for the site, while reporting into a remote leadership team.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong KPI/SLAs, and independent work with trusted leadership.

Formación

• Experience leading technical teams in data centres or critical infrastructure environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and schedule a team of data centre field technicians across multiple sites in Santiago.
• Own delivery against KPIs and SLAs, driving root-cause fixes when targets are missed.
• Run weekly performance reviews with the client and contribute to monthly business reviews with leadership.
• Be the trusted on-site point of contact, managing day-to-day operations with autonomy.
• Coordinate resourcing, elevate blockers, and ensure compliance with client procedures and safety standards.
