Turner & Townsend seeks a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead the full lifecycle of a mission‑critical Data Center development in Chile. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with subcontractors and engineering partners, and ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards for safety and uptime.

The role requires strong leadership, over 15 years in construction, and 8+ years in data centers, with budgets around 500M USD or more.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of large-scale construction management experience.
• At least 8 years as a construction manager in data center construction with budgets of 500M USD or above.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site and off-site, ensuring compliance with codes, safety, and ESG policies.
• Manage general contractors, subcontractors (MEP, structural, envelope, electrical), and design consultants.
• Review and approve technical documentation including IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, QA/QC plans, and commissioning scripts.
• Develop and execute construction strategies, master schedules, logistics plans, and cost baselines for mission-critical environments.
• Lead risk assessments, integrate safety by design, and ensure all phases meet global EHS guidelines.
