BairesDev is seeking a CRM Manager - Monetization to own monetization analytics for the CRM function, anchored in our Reactions program and spanning the funnel from dormant leads to new opportunities. You’ll work daily with SQL/Databricks and Claude to surface insights that drive contract value and business growth.

The role requires 5+ years in CRM or revenue analytics, B2B SaaS experience, strong SQL, and advanced English.

Formación

• 5+ years in CRM, revenue analytics, or growth analytics.
• In-house experience at a US-based B2B company.
• B2B SaaS or tech services industry experience.
• Experience with funnel, pipeline, and conversion analysis tied to value outcomes.
• Strong SQL or data warehouse skills with Databricks/BigQuery/Snowflake.
• Daily use of AI/LLM tools for analytics; Claude preferred.
• Experience with automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Quantitative STEM degree or equivalent with 5+ years data-heavy work.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monetization view of the CRM pipeline, from funnel metrics to value lost en route to closed business.
• Measure monetization impact of campaigns beyond top-of-funnel metrics up to contract value.
• Surface insights on dormant leads, reactivations, lifetime initiatives, and new leads with actionable recommendations.
• Build and maintain reporting, queries, and dashboards in Databricks and SQL for monetization visibility.
• Use Claude daily and AI-assisted automation workflows to scale analysis and reporting.
