Ria Money Transfer is seeking a CRM Manager to operate at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution. You will own how our lifecycle engine is built, scaled, and evolved, designing intelligent, self-improving CRM systems with journeys, states, and feedback loops, leveraging AI, automation, and experimentation to drive performance.

You will shape both what gets built and what we learn from it, working across regional and global teams with advanced English communication.

Formación

• Proven CRM and lifecycle marketing expertise.
• Experience designing AI-driven marketing workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and data-to-action ability.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end CRM ecosystem: journeys, segmentation, testing, and channel orchestration.
• Design and scale AI-driven lifecycle strategies (predictive segmentation, personalization, send-time optimization).
• Leverage AI tools and LLMs to automate workflows, accelerate testing, and generate insights at scale.
• Build feedback loops that continually improve performance based on real user behavior.
• Turn experimentation and system insights into clear strategic direction.
• Lead execution excellence: QA standards, workflows, and Specialist output.
